Morning yoga on the beach in Hawaii...what an excellent way to start the day in Kailua! Maria led us on a gentle yoga flow as the morning light began to reveal the beautiful pinks and purple of the sky and the beautiful beginning blue of the ocean. While we didn't have the opportunity to see the sunrise because of the cloud cover, the experience was peaceful and refreshing nonetheless. I am now inspired to wake up to a yoga practice on the beach for the remainder of my stay in Kailua! Mahalo, Maria!
