I am so very grateful for yoga & meditation with Matea. She responded quickly when I asked if she had availability for the next morning (I'm always last minute). She was responsive and very informative. She gave me great directions and her contact information in case I needed more assistance. The flow was so peaceful and joyous under the big tree! She pushed us just enough while keeping a peaceful flow. I smiled the whole class, especially doing headstands. Matea took photos and sent them immediately after. Her partner led the meditation and breathwork while she went and played with her adorable child & that just added to the magic. Did I know I needed that meditation? No, but it was divine. I left feeling so very zen, so at home. Thank you for a beautiful practice for my first morning in Tamarindo - I am bringing it home with me.
