Chef Francesco was an incredible cook and a fantastic overall person. He was so easy to get along with and was very communicative leading up to the dinner. He accommodated several dietary restrictions some friends had and was very gracious about it. I'd love to host another dinner with Francesco. All my friends agreed it was a more memorable experience to eating at a restaurant.

Chef Amenta gave my partner and me an unforgettable anniversary dinner at home. He’s an Italian chef in the truest sense: his food is straightforward with clean tastes and a focus on fresh ingredients and the highest technique (the tagliolini was perfectly thin). It’s familiar yet elevated, a level just out of reach for a mere amateur chef like myself. Aside from the food, I was very impressed with his level of organization (he brought nearly everything with him and left the kitchen exactly as he found it), his professionalism (he asked me to call him to provide input on the menu prior to the visit), and his personal charm (aside from running a cooking school and working as a private chef, he’s actually an accomplished jazz musician!) Would highly recommend this experience without hesitation to anyone who’s looking for a special evening.
