If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. This chef created the most unforgettable Mexican dining experience for my boyfriend and me. From the moment they arrived, they completely took over the kitchen with confidence and ease, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the evening. The food was exceptional—authentic, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. Beyond the food, they set up the most romantic dinner atmosphere, paying attention to every detail and truly going above and beyond our expectations. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It felt less like hiring a chef and more like being hosted by someone who genuinely loves what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing Mexican dinner in their Airbnb or home. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had and would do it again.

Chef Edgar's traditional Mexican tasting menu experience is unmatched. Him and his assistant Dani were very personable and it was obvious they loved what they do. The dishes were exceptional, delicious, and beautiful to look at. One of my favorite food experiences for sure. They went above and beyond, I was honestly so impressed. 10/10 1000% going to book again next time I'm staying in Playa.

This has been one of the most delicious meals we've had during our travels in Mexico. Chef Edgar and his assistant were amazing, every dish was beautifully plated and tasted great.
