Hi, I’m Elisavet, the founder and head of R&D in my bakery. I swapped corporate life for sourdough starters, founding Betty’s Bakery in Athens in 2016. We use organic, stone-milled heirloom flour and natural starters to create bread that’s alive and nourishing. I’m proud to work with local producers and inspire others in breadmaking.
