We did the pizza class and it was perfect!!! We wanted to do something different and fun for a night in and Erick’s pizza class blew us away. From making dough to using his portable pizza oven, the hours were well spent and the pizza turned out great!! There was plenty of snacking and food by the end with great conversation and food recommendations. Erick was personable and fun, made the class feel easy and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Honestly… this Taco Omakase blew us away. Gorgeous tacos, insane flavors, and the perfect mix of traditional and creative. The chef was super attentive, knows tons about local ingredients, and shared great tips. You can tell he’s passionate and loves what he does, it shows in every bite. Even though it’s a 7-course experience, he was happy to make our favorite tacos again just because we loved them so much. Definitely not just dinner, a total experience.

OMG!! I can’t say enough about the Taco Omakase experience! Erick arrived on time despite the heavy rain! He accommodated our dietary restrictions. I had no idea that he worked for Michelin star restaurants or was on Master Chef prior to him arriving. I must say, his accolades make total sense! The food was delicious from start to end. He also offered to remake some of our favorite courses. By the time, we were done, we were stuffed!! I hired him for my husband’s birthday. He brought a bottle of wine and walked us through his cooking process. It was truly an experience. He introduced us to new, local, in season foods that were all so delicious. Highly recommend booking this experience!
