Yogalates is a gentle and powerful fusion of yoga and pilates: we will work on mobility, core strength and stretching, ending with a guided meditation to release tension and reconnect with yourself. I work on the floor to strengthen the abdominal girdle and the core, improve posture, mobility, and balance. A sense of center and physical and emotional stability. Ideal if you want to improve your fitness and prevent back pain, even during the trip.

Dynamic training adapted to your level, to keep your body strong and active. Cardio and endurance exercises to improve strength, agility, and metabolic performance. You will feel strong, motivated and with a good dose of endorphins. Ideal if you don't want to lose pace while traveling.
