Mobility and strength workout

This package begins with a mobility and movement assessment, followed by a strength or high-intensity interval training session designed to meet fitness goals. Exercises may include squats and deadlifts using slam balls, sandbags, kettlebells, and dumbbells, as well as cardio conditioning on machines such as bikes and rowers. This workout takes place in a gym with all equipment provided but can be adapted to an in-home setting if preferred.

Mobility and movement mechanics

This all-levels session starts with an assessment, followed by a long-term development plan designed to enhance mobility and movement. Taking place at a fully equipped gym, the workout incorporates bodyweight exercises as well as the use of resistance bands and yoga blocks. In-home training is also possible if preferred.
