Raw and Chargrilled Oyster Bar

Freshly shucked Raw and Chargrilled Oyster Bar. Perfect for an afternoon happy hour, “wine down” or full meal. The perfect start to your day or night. Louisiana Gulf Oysters served cold with all necessary accoutrements. Chargrilled or Charbroiled Oysters covered in imported cheese and garlic butter. Petite Cocktail sized Canadian and PEI Oysters with house made mignonette. Great for small or large group.

Seasonal Gulf Coast Seafood Boil

$126 CAD per guest
Fresh is best! Boiled Crawfish usually available January to July. Freshly Boiled Gulf Shrimp are available year round. Delicious Blue Crab available in late summer and early fall. All boils include corn, potatoes, sausage and other yummy fixings. Fresh Louisiana Oysters are provided as well and can be served raw and chargrilled. Included is a tray of chicken and sausage jambalaya. Salad is available by request.
