I am really disappointed because I was unable to enjoy the service my daughter had offered me for Mother's Day. It's true, it was my daughter's mistake. She booked the wrong date, but Laura was not accommodating. She agreed to take the money but not to change the time slot or offer me an arrangement despite my request and explanation of the situation.
