This treatment is very customizable due to sensitivities during pregnancy. For example, abdominal massage is optional; we offer unscented oil if necessary.

This treatment is for chronic pain & muscle tightness from exercise, over exertion or even stress. A good option for the individual that needs a little more time to wind down and let go. Stretching is optional but not essential.
