Chef Sam was the absolute best! Showed up early with everything and I mean everything. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The meal was fabulous and he made some last minute accommodations that were masterful. What a wonderful experience we had making memories in Hill Country. If you are even thinking about it…just do it and you will not regret anything. Made our dinner very special, what a charming and thoughtful person! We will definitely be using him again.
