We enjoyed having Simone cook for us so much that we booked him for two nights in a row. Both meals were excellent, but the second was somehow even better. He prepared a true Roman menu with incredible fried vegetables, fresh pasta, and wonderful flavors throughout. Simone was warm, professional, and made the evenings feel effortless. Hiring Simone for a private chef was the highlight of our time in Rome. The food was absolutely amazing, easily the best meal we had during our entire trip.
