After a thorough soak in a hot spring known for its detoxifying properties to warm you from the inside out, we use safe, Japanese-made equipment to loosen adherent fat cells and simultaneously assist with muscle movement.The time allocation is 1 hour for the hot spring, 1.5 hours for machine massage, and 30 minutes for showering and changing, for a total of 3 hours.You can burn fat more easily if you exercise more than usual for three days, including the day of the treatment.It also helps with muscle exercises and relieves body stiffness.The only areas that cannot be treated are the neck, face, and head.For example, if you consider the right thigh as one area, we recommend using the machine to loosen it for 20 to 30 minutes per area, so you can loosen 3 to 4 areas.
