Traditional Thai foot massage: I use the Wat Po method from the Buddhist temple in Bangkok: 60 massage techniques, for drainage and relaxation, with stimulation from the ankle to the knee and over 20 points under the soles of the feet. No other areas of the body are stimulated. I use camphor-infused, scented balm from Thailand: it soothes itching, promotes breathing, relaxes muscles, and has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties.
