Luminoso ático con dos terrazas privadas en el centro de Sevilla, ideal para visitar Sevilla en familia. Con dos camas dobles y sofá cama, acoge hasta 4 personas. Wifi de alta velocidad. Parking opcional en edificio cercano Muy luminoso en segunda planta, en edificio con ascensor. Terrazas muy amplias para cenar o tomar el sol. Este ático es tipo loft (sin divisiones) en su planta baja, con una cama doble de 1,50 metros con un excelente colchón y un sofá cama doble de 1,40 metros de ancho. El sofá cama es estilo italiano muy fácil de abrir y cerrar y con un colchón de alta densidad. En la planta baja se encuentra asimismo la cocina y el aseo. En la planta superior cuenta con un dormitorio con cama doble de 1,50 metros con un excelente colchón, con acceso a las dos terrazas y al baño con ducha. Dispone de dos mesas personales de trabajo. Dos televisores en salón y dormitorio principal tipo smartTV con acceso a internet. Ofrece varios balcones a la calle. La mesa de centro es elevable, para que se pueda comer cómodamente en ella. Cuenta con cocina completamente equipada, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua y todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Lavadora. El centro es peatonal, si venís en coche, podemos ofreceros una plaza de parking accesible 24 horas, en un edificio a menos de 5 minutos andando, por 21 euros la noche Durante tu estancia, es posible que escuches una construcción matutina en un edificio vecino, con suerte en sus pasos finales. Si no pudiéramos recibiros en persona os enviaremos los formularios para hacer el checkin online y un código e instrucciones para entrar al apartamento. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
