Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Sevan

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Want to be in the Garden of Eden? This is the place for you! Everything as described. There is everything and everything is available ...Swimming pool, A place for barbecue, Fruit trees , the House and in general all around this is Paradise . He will relax to the fullest . Karen is a great host , worthy of an eternal Superhost ! My sincere Recommendations, anyone who wants to spend time in Ideal. The excitement of hospitality is off the charts!

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and clean house.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

We spent a wonderful two weeks at Edgar's flat and thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is very clean and neat. The location is also convenient, next to the bus stop, from where you can easily get to the center. And two great parks nearby for walking (we were with a dog and it was especially relevant). Edgar was always in touch, very attentive and caring host, thank him very much. Definitely recommend!

We’ve stayed at the apartment for one month+ and can definitely recommend it! It is situated in a quite district of Yerevan, with supermarket, cafes and currency exchange nearby. It is 15-20 minutes away from city centre by taxi (~€5). Apartment has air conditioning in every room, so comfortable temperature was not a problem. Host was very welcoming, was responding to any questions in a quick manner and is a true example of Armenian hospitality. Would like to say special thanks to Gevorg and Alina!

Airbnb hospitality as it should be! I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Yerevan. The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The apartment is fully equipped with everything, making my stay really easy and convenient. The location is perfect — close to the city center, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The best part was the hosts: they were truly outstanding, very helpful, and clearly knew what great Airbnb hospitality meant. They made me feel welcome and supported throughout my stay. My parents and me stayed for a month in this neat and tidy apartment. Kechi house building has tranquil atmosphere and spectacular scenery. The host Yelena is really attentive and generous. The furniture are new and well kept. It has every appliances you needed and a lot more things to make your trip more enjoyable - hookah, cards, backgammon and small electric clay furnace for kebab, to name a few. Senior landlady who came for check-in and check-out was very good-natured.
