Ce logement pour 4 personnes (possibilité de rajouter un kit bébé) idéalement situé au centre ville de Seyssel. De plein-pied attenant au parking facile à trouver. Tout se fait à pied.(boulangerie,marché le lundi,boucherie, pizzeria, bar restaurant ect..Avec la vue sur le Rhône, la Viarhona à proximité, les montagnes environnantes,en vacances ou de passage, l’appart’ sera parfait pour vous. Le canapé-lit responsable des mauvais avis a été remplacé par un tout neuf très confortable !!

Our independent 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. This space includes a kitchen open to the living room and a 140x190 cm sofa bed. In the bedroom, you will find a large comfortable bed of 180x200 cm, modular in two beds 90x200 cm according to your preferences. The bedding was renewed in March 2025 with Emma 2 hybrid mattresses, ranked No. 1 in France in 2024. Bright and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or family.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Studio d’artiste situé centre ville d'Annecy, 4° étage, ascenseur. - Arrêt Bus N°1 "Mandallaz" - Gare, 5 min à pied - Lac, 12 min à pied - Vieille ville pavée, 5 min à pied Très lumineux, ambiance cosy. Bien chauffé en hiver et ventilateur de plafond en été. Matelas confortable ;) En centre-ville mais très calme fenêtres ouvertes. Place de parking privée, pour voitures de taille moyenne (pas de très grosse voiture). Bonus : mon expo photo sur les murs. WiFi : Ok :)

An exceptional retreat in a serene setting combining mountains and lakes. Numerous activities in the city and its surroundings. Water sports center, hiking, nearby lakes, ski slopes, etc...

The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 2 people. (oven, microwave, coffee machine, bedding...) you will enjoy the view of the Rhône from the bedroom. you will be in the city center of Seyssel 74 east and will have easy access to all amenities (bar, pizzeria, bakery, Carrefour Market, tobacco, etc.). We do not allow smoking inside the apartment.
