Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sferracavallo, Palermo

A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

Logement très propre et terrasse très agréable ! Roberto et Rita sont d’excellents hôtes et le logement est bien placé, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités .

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem von innen wunderschönen und ganz besonderen Haus, welches sehr viel Charme hat. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation mit Sven war zuverlässig und nett. Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist zwar nicht wunderschön, jedoch liegt das Haus direkt in der Altstadt und ist somit super gelegen und angebunden. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Bel appartement au rdc avec cour/jardin très agréable et au calme. Jolis carrelages de sol et meubles, lit et oreillers bien confort pour bien dormir après une journée de visite dans le centre historique de Palerme. Video/projecteur Netflix super! Le quartier n'est pas très excitant mais le centre est assez proche à pied et des bus pas trop loin. Supermarché Familia à 3 minutes bien pratique. Filippo est au petits soins avec pleins de conseils sur tout (endroits à visiter, restaurants etc..) dans Palerme et il est super réactif! Palerme est une ville bouillonante, assez bruyante mais avec tellement de choses à voir et il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre les petites rues pour découvrir de jolies piazzas pour déjeuner/diner. Wat een prachtig mooi verblijf in Sicilië. Een 125 jaar oude Baglio opgeknapt in de authentieke stijl. Zoals je ziet op de foto's is het interieur clean en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Heerlijk zoveel ruimte. Je omgeeft je in een oude boerderij met verschillende verblijven en een gezamenlijke patio met de meest prachtige bloeiende en geurende bomen. Een oase van rust en schoonheid. De Baglio is omgeven door olijven en citrus bomen en je kunt er gerust rondlopen. Je voelt je als een local. De eigenaresse Elena verblijft in 1 van de vertrekken en is er altijd als je haar nodig hebt. Elena is een hartelijke, lieve en inspirerende dame. Al de tips die je van haar krijgt kun je meteen opvolgen, allemaal top tips. Door deze Baglio en omgeving konden we heerlijk ontspannen en genieten van Sicilië. Het voelde als thuis. 7 min rijden zit in je het Balestrate dorpje met diverse restaurants en het strandje. Perfecte ligging om iedere dag een andere activiteit te doen. Elena bedankt voor alles!

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Zeynep's apartment was wonderful--spacious and in a great location! Although it is in a busy area (and accessible to everything), it is on a side street that was very quiet. Zeynep was also a wonderful host! Communication was great and they helped us out with luggage storage. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was excellent! Very good location, close to everything, we had a great time! Extremely comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen.. the host was even kind enough to rise the temperature in the apartment after asking. The only thing I would add is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The walls of the apartments on the floor are really thin, you can hear the conversation from the apartments next door. We didn’t mind because we didn’t spend much time inside. But it is good to know if someone is a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut um Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. ( Man muss gut zu Fuß sein,auch um die steile Treppe hoch zur Wohnung zukommen!) Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, und die Terrasse ganz wunderbar! Besonders gut läuft die Kommunikation mit Viviana, sie antwortet wirklich sofort und die Liste mit den Restaurants war Klasse! wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

The place and location was great. Even though it was close to the centre, it was very quiet and peaceful. Anna was very quick to respond to any further questions we had.

Il nostro soggiorno da Claudio è stato impeccabile. Conoscendo ed apprezzando già la zona, cercavo un alloggio che fosse anche comodo e funzionale. L'appartamento di Claudio non ha deluso le aspettative anzi siamo tutti rimasti colpiti da quanto sia tutto perfettamente nuovo e funzionante. Terrò sicuramente in considerazione questo alloggio per i prossimi soggiorni a Palermo. Molto consigliato!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in Palermo sehr, die Unterkunft von Daniele empfehlen wir weiter, das Quartier ist lebhaft und hat viele Geschäfte mit regionalem Handwerk

Wow what a great space . Nice Terrace . The art work is specatucalt . Luigi grettign us with his little baby (dog) was everything . So sweet and we felt right at home . Tere is a parkling lot that comes wiht the space which is uper imprtant in that area ! He ended placing us in a lot because the street closed down , but it was all seamless and well done ! thank you for the beautful bottle f wine and your beautful home ! Location is extremly close to all teh amazing resruatns in Palermo Center . And close to the extensive walking market where you can spend days on end .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Tolle Unterkunft und ein toller Gastgeber. Ein tolles Badezimmer mit allen möglichen Bad- und Pflegeprodukten. Der Kühlschrank war mit Joghurt und Wasser gefüllt. Es gab Kuchen und ausreichend Kaffee. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe war tadellos. Er war sehr entgegenkommend und unfassbar freundlich. Die Lage ist super und wirklich authentisch. Ein grandioser Aufenthalt.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !
