The Wilburn Creek Rec area & boat ramp is only 1.6 miles. This property has room to park your boat & RV. Enjoy sitting on the porch swing, playing pickleball on your private court or shooting some hoops. You also have access to a 2 car garage. The basement offers Pop-a-shot basketball & ping pong.
