Amazing big house with an amazing view. The view from the garden is out of this world and the house offers all the necessity’s people may have. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Ditmar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und sie ist schön groß. Man muss ein bisschen die Hitze gut vertragen können wenn man im August bucht, da die Temperaturen sehr hoch sind. Man kann umliegend alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und man ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Auch parken ist kein Problem im August. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort mit großem Obststand. Auch alle umliegenden Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Ditmar war immer sofort erreichbar und gab Tips für Unternehmungen.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Roze. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient exactement comme sur les photos, spacieuses et impeccablement propres. Le jardin est agréable, on peut garer son véhicule dans l'enceinte de la propriété ce qui est super et le centre ville est accessible à pieds en 15 minutes. Nous avons aussi aimé l'ambiance vivante et conviviale de la maison avec les autres voyageurs où se mêlent toutes les générations, c'est vraiment sympa. Le top est la douce présence de Kathrina qui vient régulièrement nettoyer et s'occuper de la maison de façon remarquable et qui est un trésor de gentillesse. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'endroit est un excellent choix rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Ares was very helpful in assisting me in my journey to and from the village. There's a lovely view from the balcony at the house, and the bed was very comfy. As people have mentioned there isn't really anything to cook with, but there are a few restaurants in Zogaj and another couple a short walk from the house back towards Shkoder, all of which are nice enough and good value. Overall, it's a lovely place to unwind as the village and the lake is beautiful and the locals are very friendly :)

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and very spacious. Just a short walk to the bus station so great for day trips to places like Kotor and close to a supermarket. Blazo was a brilliant host and check-in was easy and welcoming. Super helpful, great communication and even helped us arrange airport transfers. Would definitely return to explore more, Budva is stunning. The perfect place! 😁

We loved our stay at Mirkos place. The location is stunning! Beautiful place to stay with plenty to visit in the area only a short drive away. I would say you definitely need a car to get around, but there is parking available and we had no trouble reaching the apartment. The flat was clean, drinking water was provided and a nice terrace area outside. The home is in a small remote village type area, which is amazing at night. The view of the stars was spectacular. Loved our time in Montenegro. Thank you.

Natasha was very helpful. She upgraded the internet while we were there, now it is super fast (300mbps) The bus to the coast has a stop (Delta city) very near the building which was nice. The area is very quiet with nice restaurants around. It is a very quiet suburb of Podgorica.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Het appartement ligt op een rustige, mooie plek! Goede plek om bij te komen en prima als uitvalsbasis voor het Skadarmeer. Het appartement zelf was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd door de vader van Dora, een erg vriendelijke man met heerlijke zelfgemaakte wijn. Hij heeft ons ook enkele tips gegeven over de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

lovely, spacious and peaceful place 10 minutes walk from the busier virpizar. place was clean throughout and well equipped kitchen. the host was extremely quick in responding to any queries and proactive in making recommendations- several of which we did and were so glad we did! would highly recommend!

Foarte frumoasa zona cu multa vegetatie, brazi inalti si maslini. pentru ca voiam aventura iar Mala Plaza nu ne-a placut pentru ca era prea urbana si aglomerata ne-am aventurat pe o carare paralela cu marea pana la Velika Plaza pe jos. A fost deliciul vacantei. Pentru cibe iubeste drumetiile e minunat. Cam 3 km de plimbare prin padure in cea mai mare parte si apoi ajungi la cea mai lunga di frumoasa plaja din Ulcinj. Despre cazare pot spune ca am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit, curat si primitor. Ia pe catelul familiei l-am adorat.

Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

It's a very generous villa with many rooms, so everyone has their own space and the living room/kitchen combination in the main part of the house is great for quite a few people. It was seven of us and we never felt like we stepped on each others' toes. It has a very nice view to the ocean, but unfortunately there is nothing in walking distance, so you always need a car and driver. The entry to the carport is pretty steep, so it's good to have a good car and confident driver. There were plenty of towels and everything needed for bedding was provided, also lots of spare toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Zeljkos Haus. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Im Haus und Küche war alles was man braucht. Der Pool stand uns noch zur Verfügung und wir haben ihn an windstillen Tagen gut nutzen können.

Second time staying here for a beach retreat. Fabiana and her family are amazing and kind hosts and very helpful during the entire process. Love this peaceful, comfortable oasis and will definitely visit again during beach season.
