Уютный деревянный домик с оливковым садом в Ульцине. Очень понравилось проживание в этом доме. Дом двухэтажный, с продуманным и красивым дизайном интерьера — внутри сразу чувствуешь тепло и уют. Особенно порадовал окружающий дом оливковый сад с гамаком : тишина, природа и атмосфера полного расслабления. Из важных нюансов: лестница на второй этаж крутая, без наклона, поэтому может быть неудобна детям, пожилым или тем, у кого есть трудности с передвижением. Но если вы в хорошей форме — проблем не возникнет. В остальном — всё отлично: чистота, стильный дизайн, уют. Рекомендуем для тех, кто ценит уединение и отдых на природе.

Cottage in legno curatissimo su un ramo secondario del fiume. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti principali.... Atmosfera incantevole... Siamo stati benissimo

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

Ein paradiesischer Ort, den man am liebsten nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Ruhe, Natur und Idylle pur. Die Tiny Houses sind sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Fernglas sowie Fahrräder und Kanus, mit denen man die traumhafte Umgebung und Tierwelt erkunden kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles top, vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tage! 💯👍😎

We had a beautiful stay at Sabah and Sonilla’s place. The home is very well decorated, has an incredible view and very peaceful. The hosts were responsive, friendly and happy to provide local suggestions. They were also happy to accommodate our late arrival/check out which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Sasas Bootshaus ist einzigartig: Mississippi-Feeling im Herzen Europas. Die Lage am Fluss direkt in der Nähe des Meeres ist großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Haus. Es hat alles, was es braucht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sasa ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: überaus freundlich, zugewandt, zuvorkommend. Er hat immer super schnell reagiert und uns gerne Tipps gegeben. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft in jedem Fall.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is so spacious, has the most comfiest bed, beautiful view from the balcony, underground parking and a wonderful host. The location is brilliant with a supermarket literally at the bottom of the apartment, plenty of restaurants and bars near by as well as bakeries. Perfect location to get in and out of town by car too. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you come to Shkoder

The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Klodjana was super friendly and helpful! The apartment is very modern yet cozy and restaurants, bars and the city center and in walkable distance just a stone’s throw away. The bar next door blasted their music which did not make for a calm evening. If you stay out until 10/10:30pm it’s no problem though. The night was calm and the bed comfortable 🙂
