Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sicily

Really nice place to quickly feel at home. The house is located overlooking Francesco and his brother's grape and olive trees with peace and quiet. Lovely kitchen and living space and Francesco was very welcoming. Our two little daughters loved being here :)

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't miss anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. What a nice surprise! Peaceful accommodation in the countryside, very clean ... functional kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable beds... Mark was adorable: 48 hours before our arrival we had an explanatory video to arrive at the accommodation... the same day at 12:00 p.m. we had a message to tell us that we could anticipate our arrival because the accommodation was ready! Perfect… not to mention the bath towels for the shower … and the hot tub! We really enjoyed this relaxation area after a busy day! A place we would recommend without hesitation! Thank you Mark …

Vincenzo and his family were wonderful hosts - they were easy to communicate with, helpful when we had questions, and friendly. Vincenzo's parents greeted us at arrival, helped us get settled, and left us with a few delicious homemade foods to enjoy! Highly recommend if visiting this gorgeous Sicilian city.

Nathalie is attentive and very helpful. The villa has excellent spaces, especially those outside, and is equipped with every comfort and appliances. The proximity to the south entrance of the Zingaro Reserve and one of the most evocative coves in the Gulf (Mazzo di Sciacca) are a considerable added value. Comfort and privacy guaranteed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Ortygia is simply stunning and Francesco’s apartment had us in the middle of everything just a stones throw away. Recommendation for parking options was ideal and local restaurants perfect. Don’t miss the sandwiches at the local market or drinks at the many local bars. Thanks for a lovely stay. Everything was perfect.

Very nice and great location.

We were very pleased. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The sunrise on the terrace and the view a dream. Angelo took care of himself quickly and well and also arranged a very friendly driver for the transfer to and from the airport. There is also a lot going on at night in Europaplatz in front of the house, but thanks to the height of the apartment this is not disturbing. The public transport connection is good thanks to the train station "Europa" and AMTS buses (which, however, from time to time before arriving at the stop - although announced - disappear and you have to wait much longer). Also a metro station is near. So you don't have to rent a car to get to know Catania. We are happy to pass on a tip from the nice transfer driver. Pasticceria Verlora & Bonvegna, Via Asiago 60 (so very close). Be sure to go: A tartlet of enjoyment paradise!

Check-in was easy by prior arrangement. Salvatore welcomed us personally and explained everything well. He is very friendly and always easy to reach. Although the hosts live next door, privacy is given at all times. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We didn't miss anything. The villa itself is fantastically beautiful. On the terrace you are surrounded by numerous Mediterranean potted plants and have a direct view of the sea. Although there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity, we preferred to sit on "our" terrace and enjoy the evening atmosphere. After day excursions, it is also very pleasant to relax on the "private beach" and take a bath in the sea. Beach chairs, umbrella, air mattress, everything is available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back any time. Many thanks to Salvatore!

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Giuseppe's apartment was great. Above all, the location: right in the heart of Ballarò, just a few blocks from a bustling old-school Sicilian market. Giuseppe was also extremely attentive. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and stocked with water, cake, and coffee. We had a brief issue with the wifi that he personally came and sorted out immediately. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for an authentic Palermo experience.

We loved this place! Myself and five friends stayed for two nights and it was great. Spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, which were great for our party. Prime location to the heart of Palermo as well. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean apartment. Very well equipped. Washing machine, stove, oven and lots of details, like beach chairs or a water jug to rinse your feet from the sand. Very nice. You can cook, bake and live comfortably there. Beautiful sunrises and the sea at your fingertips. Thank you for the nice gift and tips ;)

Robertos condo is very nice and the view from balcony to beach and ocean is like painting. Aparment was clean and lots of glasses and other kitchen stuff. No problem to fit 4 adults and 4 kids. Strong recommendation if you are looking for silent place on beach to spend your holiday.
