Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sicily

Really nice place to quickly feel at home. The house is located overlooking Francesco and his brother's grape and olive trees with peace and quiet. Lovely kitchen and living space and Francesco was very welcoming. Our two little daughters loved being here :)

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't miss anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. What a nice surprise! Peaceful accommodation in the countryside, very clean ... functional kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable beds... Mark was adorable: 48 hours before our arrival we had an explanatory video to arrive at the accommodation... the same day at 12:00 p.m. we had a message to tell us that we could anticipate our arrival because the accommodation was ready! Perfect… not to mention the bath towels for the shower … and the hot tub! We really enjoyed this relaxation area after a busy day! A place we would recommend without hesitation! Thank you Mark …

Vincenzo and his family were wonderful hosts - they were easy to communicate with, helpful when we had questions, and friendly. Vincenzo's parents greeted us at arrival, helped us get settled, and left us with a few delicious homemade foods to enjoy! Highly recommend if visiting this gorgeous Sicilian city.

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Amazing place! This is a really special flat and very close to the center.

Had a wonderful stay in this good sized apartment with great view. It was so easy to walk to town...everything you need at your doorstep. We travelled at Easter and the pool was good sized and not busy. The private parking on site was a massive advantage. Rocca was a very responsive host and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely come back and stay again in beautiful Taormina!

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

Ortygia is simply stunning and Francesco’s apartment had us in the middle of everything just a stones throw away. Recommendation for parking options was ideal and local restaurants perfect. Don’t miss the sandwiches at the local market or drinks at the many local bars. Thanks for a lovely stay. Everything was perfect.

This place is lovely and the view beautiful.

Salvatore is a perfect host. He was extremely welcoming. He kindly informed us on the day of our arrival that the apartment would be ready earlier and was there to greet us. The flat was immaculately clean, had all the things we needed, including a lovely roof terrace. We loved the colourful furniture matching the beautiful tiled floors. It was a pleasure to hear about the family connection and history of the house. One of the big advantages was the car park as parking in Cefalù is not easy. The apartment is quiet and only a short walk to the historic centre. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommended Salvatore’s home.

You cannot beat the location. It is near to everything you want to see and close to the Train and Bus station. The district is an Art District and covered with lovely art.

Nice place, wonderful location.

We were very pleased. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The sunrise on the terrace and the view a dream. Angelo took care of himself quickly and well and also arranged a very friendly driver for the transfer to and from the airport. There is also a lot going on at night in Europaplatz in front of the house, but thanks to the height of the apartment this is not disturbing. The public transport connection is good thanks to the train station "Europa" and AMTS buses (which, however, from time to time before arriving at the stop - although announced - disappear and you have to wait much longer). Also a metro station is near. So you don't have to rent a car to get to know Catania. We are happy to pass on a tip from the nice transfer driver. Pasticceria Verlora & Bonvegna, Via Asiago 60 (so very close). Be sure to go: A tartlet of enjoyment paradise!

Check-in was easy by prior arrangement. Salvatore welcomed us personally and explained everything well. He is very friendly and always easy to reach. Although the hosts live next door, privacy is given at all times. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We didn't miss anything. The villa itself is fantastically beautiful. On the terrace you are surrounded by numerous Mediterranean potted plants and have a direct view of the sea. Although there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity, we preferred to sit on "our" terrace and enjoy the evening atmosphere. After day excursions, it is also very pleasant to relax on the "private beach" and take a bath in the sea. Beach chairs, umbrella, air mattress, everything is available. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back any time. Many thanks to Salvatore!

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Guiseppe's place was a beautiful apartment situated in a fantastic, authentic Mercado Baralla neighbourhood teaming with life and a great barrio attitude. We loved it. We had breakfast in a local cafe and pizza in a small square. Truly charming and people great. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Myself and five friends stayed for two nights and it was great. Spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, which were great for our party. Prime location to the heart of Palermo as well. Definitely recommend!

Robertos condo is very nice and the view from balcony to beach and ocean is like painting. Aparment was clean and lots of glasses and other kitchen stuff. No problem to fit 4 adults and 4 kids. Strong recommendation if you are looking for silent place on beach to spend your holiday.

The place is really beautiful. At the beginning there was everything you need and many more small things (even a welcome sparkling wine & wine). We felt right at home and the Wi-Fi is perfect for working from abroad. We can recommend the place to anyone considering working remotely while enjoying a great view and a huge roof terrace 😉 Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back.
