Beachfront vacation rentals in Side

We enjoyed a stay very much! The villa is super cozy and spacious enough for 6 adults. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. Bathroom on every floor comes very handy. Furniture and appliances are old a bit but of a good quality. Sound proofing is also very good - you won’t hear the 1st floor at all if you close the door on the second. There’s a very spacious and clean pool and a table tennis so bring your rackets and enjoy ☺️ 8 minutes to the beach, supermarket is in 5 minutes by foot. Very friendly host who can also help you with transfer, car rental and etc. Amazing experience!

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

very friendly and helpful host. the flat is roomy and comfortable. very little street noise. lots of shops close by and the beach is 15 minutes away via walking. would stay here again

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

We are happy to have the chance to stay in this house on the beachfront, with its own beach, sun loungers and sunshades, sports areas and social facilities, and elite and decent people. Although the season was wet in an environment filled with the unique smell of orange and lemon flowers, we had a very nice time, we were able to go to the places nearby and swim in the sea at the end of March for the first time. Although the house was a bit old, it was clean and had everything needed. The nearby chain market is a very good amenity. Since there are bath and sea towels in the house, you don't even need to take the towels that take a lot of space in the vehicles. It was a pleasure to have wifi in the house. Mr. Seçkin and the site staff were very helpful. I appreciate all of you.

The house is as described, nicely spacious and the surroundings very quiet. The hosts were very attentive and always easily accessible. We especially liked that we were allowed to enter the villa before check-in time. Thank you for the stay and that everything worked out on such short notice

the accommodation was really very nice, the family room was immaculate, there was a kitchen, a useful refrigerator, washing machine, walking to the bazaar, places to walk to the bazaar, restaurants, shopping places, and we were very satisfied, and there is a kitchen restaurant next door, which they helped at a discount in the restaurant event, the prices are quite affordable according to the market conditions, and according to the belt conditions, Mr. Hasan is a perfect person, we ate all our meals there, we were very satisfied, we also thank Mr. Niyazi for the agreement due to this work, we also thank Mr. Niyazi for the short time, we hope to have a longer holiday.

Nice house in a small town close to the beach. AC worked great and the pool was lots of fun during the day.

Loved our stay, fantastic location within the walled city. Restaurant and shops are steps away and yet quiet and peaceful at night. The garden in the back of the property is a special place. Very kind and hospitable, breakfast was fantastic as well with fresh baked goods and freeze squeezed orange juice. Would stay again. Cheers

We had a great stay in Berat's apartment. The place is spacious, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect near beautiful Konyaalti beach, restaurants and some playgrounds. Special thanks to Mazlum, our contact on site, who was always friendly and responsive.

We had the chance to stay for about 3 weeks. The kitchen utensils were just as useful as in the photos. You can easily get in and out of the pool in the middle of the compound, but there is a 10-minute walk for the sea. The beach is also very beautiful and the sea is spotless. We easily contacted the host and the person on duty and got a quick response. Thank you for everything. If you want to have a nice calm holiday, you can choose.☺️

Apartment was spacious with the greatest views! Denniz at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Apartment was a very close walk to the absolutely stunning beach, and plenty of groceries and restaurants within an easy walk. Id stay here a million times!

We were quite surprised how well everything worked out. Everything had its order and the house is a dream. That being said, we found it particularly nice that there were no critters or insects in the house here. Clean pool, quiet neighborhood and great suburb near Belek. Thank you for everything and always happy. Fikret took good care of us and was always available for information and diverse organization. Hussain is also a nice and responsive host. Perfect location in cripples. Perfect bathroom, and great renovation. It can be noisy on the weekends but not much. The ground floor is humid in the house, but if you open the windows, it will be perfect.

We had a great stay! The self check-in was super convenient, and the location was excellent—close to the sea and surrounded by some great restaurants. The workspace was a big plus, as I needed to do some remote work during my stay, and it made things much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Mr. Berk was very interested. We were able to reach him whenever we wanted. The house can really be the most comfortable stay in the area. If we come up in the coming years, I would definitely like to get in touch again.

Nice apartments, around 5 minutes walk from both beaches. It is located on the ground floor and has access to a small inner garden with orange trees, it is in shadow; there is a sort of terrace with a table; we spent pleasant afternoons there as it was not too hot. You should expect local cats to show up shortly after you arrive and check whether you want to feed and pet them :) Also there is a small restaurant street maybe 200 meters from the apartments - restaurants there are better than the average ones you find in Kemer. Note the other (not garden) windows look at the large open paved area which is used for car school, local kids riding bicycles, Thursday market and who knows what else, the good thing is that during the week we stayed there were many activities but nothing annoying or unpleasant.

It was an amazing experience at the accommodation. We had a change of plans and instead of arriving around noon, we arrived early morning to Antalya. However our wonderful host assured us that the time will not be a problem, and ensured that there was someone to take us to the accommodation and explain everything at 6 AM. Would love to visit again and the view of the sea beach from the balcony was stunning.

We were staying for the second time, and that speaks for itself. Everything was as good as before.

Highly recommended! Murat's place is exactly as described. It is very accessible; easy to get around by taxi and bus. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Perfect for nature lovers.
