It is just 10 minutes away by car from the famous beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo,..., and 2 minutes away from the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where you will find all the services such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy. On the surroundings you will also find numerous entertainment possibilities such as water sports, cycling and horse riding, golf, Auto Safari, or the Caves of Drach, among others.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is next to the sand with direct pool and beach access. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room.
