Spend a fantastic vacation by the sea, in a spacious two-room apartment equipped with every comfort, with a balcony from which you can see the sea that accompanies the entire two-room apartment, which can be accessed from every room. You can fully experience the sea, which is very close, and spend your days here thanks to the beach service that includes: an umbrella, sunbed and deckchair. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have a reserved parking space inside the condominium.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Located on an olive farm overlooking the sea and the vineyards of the valley, Villa Rosa Romantica is a refined country residence located in Città Sant’Angelo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The house is furnished with taste and quality materials, and offers a perfect combination of elegance, nature and tranquility. The villa has 2 welcoming and bright bedrooms with their own bathroom and balcony, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze or a sunset over the hills.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.
