Booking this beautiful villa for my family and friends was one of the best decisions we made. The villa was not only stunning and peaceful but also incredibly spacious and well-designed. Every detail was perfect, from the lovely property itself to the wonderful assistance provided by Sapna and Sangeet. After spending four nights at Abira Villa, it truly felt like a home away from home, especially in Goa's prime location. I highly recommend it— you won’t regret it. We’ve finally found a place we’ll always return to when in Goa!

Oxel house is amazing. There are 7 huge bedrooms. Its perfect for big group of family or friends. The caretaker is very helpful and always available. The place is super clean. I would love to go back here with friends again.

We had an amazing stay at the Luxury Villa! It felt like a 5-star hotel—clean, well-organized, and peaceful. The private pool in front of the villa was the highlight, and we also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony, adding to the luxury and comfort. A big thanks to Subhash, the caretaker, who was humble and very helpful. He took care of breakfast every morning, ensuring it was well-prepared. The villa is perfect for relaxation, though some shared amenities have timing restrictions—we couldn’t access the game zone and tennis court as we were out exploring Goa. One thing to note: The location is not as close to Calangute Beach as described. It’s farther than the stated 9-minute walk. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality!

We had an unforgettable family gathering at OV4 and OV3 Villas , and it was everything we could have hoped for—and more! The villa was immaculate, spacious, and perfectly equipped for our group of 10. The private pools added an extra layer of luxury and fun, making our New Year's stay truly special. The location is ideal: a quick 10-minute drive to the bustling Calangute and Baga beaches, yet tucked away from the crowds, offering a peaceful retreat. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the incredible hospitality and communication of the owner, Charles, Gabel, and the team, including Altaf. Charles was a fantastic host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He greeted us personally with wine and goodies, and his prompt and genuine communication made us feel valued. His recommendations for food, attractions, and local experiences were spot on. Must go for authentic food. - Florentine, Salt. Don’t miss Fisherman's Wharf in south Goa. Very Happy!!!

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

This place was simply amazing. Lots of space and a great area to be in. The family that cares for the place is super welcoming and kind. The pool and decor are also lovely.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We stayed at Villa 3 of this spendid four villa community for my Wife’s Birthday. The property is drop dead gorgeous and oozes luxury from every nook and corner. The craftsmanship is top notch. What you see is what you get is entirely true in case of this property and more. What made the stay even more special was the hospitality of the staff; Chef Tarif who meticulously planned and put together delightful meals for us, Rama didi always kept the villa spick and span with a smile on her face and our caretaker Yongna who went out of his way to provide us everything that we wanted and also shared a fun rapport with our 9 month old toddler. The team thoughtfully put together a lovely birthday surprise for my wife with a cake and a beautiful gift. Looking forward to come back again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway to Goa. Only con was that the comforts of the Villa made us too lazy to go out!!

Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

A truly beautiful villa - one of the best appointed of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained and the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the floor which has the pool, living room & kitchen, are large and comfortable. The support staff is lovely - Rehan looked after us, cleaned the villa and washed dishes. The only negative is some of the equipment. We had a big problem because there was no washing machine & with 2 children that was an issue. A washing machine & dryer had been listed & was one reason we chose this property so it was a shock to be let down. They offered to wash our clothes elsewhere but we were not comfortable with that. Knives in the kitchen are also in need of upgrade - they are either broken or blunt. Other than these challenges we had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at *Summer Song by Diva and Nikhil*! The location was fantastic, right in the prime area of Anjuna, Goa, making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. The space itself was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Although the bathrooms weren’t clean upon arrival, Diva and Nikhil were quick to address this as soon as we brought it up, which we really appreciated. They also allowed us an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, a great stay, and we’d recommend *Summer Song* to anyone visiting Goa.

Had a great stay and pleasant experience. The villa was very clean at the time we arrived. Amarveer helped us with an early check in. Ashok ji made sure we have everything we needed and he was very much polite attending everything. The pool was great, and its cleaned daily. The airbnb was very spacious. The location is a little isolated from the busy sides, but it gave the perfect kind of peace and quietness. anjuna and vagator are very close by, so is chapora fort. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended.

Amazingly spacious and beautiful colonial villa. We were a family of 13 spanning 3 generations there for a special occasion Caretaker Anthony and other help were amazing. Highly recommended for a large family holiday

Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!

Had a great stay with my family here. We got some much needed time together, escaping the chaos & hustle bustle of the city. The villa is very beautiful, well furnished and extremely comfortable! We were received by the caretaker Sushma who immediately showed us around the place and made us comfortable. She was very accomodating and very responsive when we needed her help. She made us amazing breakfast too! We had minor issues with power fluctuation and 4G/5G network but it's a Goa-wide problem. When the power went, the inverters kicked in immediately and we did not have an issue. The swimming pool is well maintained and we had the best time unwinding and splashing away. There are two dogs, Foxy & Sweety, and 4 naughty little kittens on the property. Villa Artjuna is a must visit for families & groups of friends. We will definitely be coming back!
