The host is very kind and friendly, the house is exactly as it is in the photos. I am very, very satisfied.

Die Unterkunft von Emre hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber, gemütlich und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants etc. und auch der Taksim Platz ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Von hier aus kann man mit Bus oder Metro überallhin kommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The manager, Mr. Bashar, was very helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged transport for us to/from IST airport, we truly appreciated. The property is on flat land, just a 2-minute walk from Osmanbey Metro Station. The area is lively, plenty of eateries, cafes, & convenience stores nearby. It's a small duplex with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, sharing 1 bathroom. The staircase to the upper floor might be a bit steep for some, so do check if that’s a concern. The furniture is a little dated but still functional. There are two TVs—in living room & in main bedroom (a few satellite channels), but the remote for the living room TV needs fixing (before the next guest). The location is excellent—just one metro stop to Taksim & on M2 line. Can reach almost all major attractions via Metro/Tram connections, so there's really no need to stay right in the middle of the tourist zone. A great place to stay with a fantastic location. Останавливались в этой квартире на несколько дней-все прошло замечательно!Просторная,чистая и уютная квартира,полностью соответствует описанию на сайте.Удобное расположение,тихий район.В шаговой доступности магазины и кафе.Отдельно хочется отметить гостеприимство хозяина-быстро отвечал на сообщения,дал подробные инструкции по заезду и даже порекомендовал хорошие места поблизости

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Istanbul nisantasi, wir sind mit der Lage mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet. Die Kommunikation war 1A, wir waren 2 Frauen und mussten auch abends zu einer Apotheke da wir am ersten Tag die Gegend noch nicht einschätzen konnten hat Can bey uns begleitet. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben, er war sehr sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir sind sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben denn auch wer die Unterkunft vermietet spielt eine große Rolle und wir könnten zufriedener nicht sein. Diese Unterkunft werden wir jetzt immer buchen wenn wir in Istanbul sind. Einfach nur top Vielen vielen Dank

The apartment’s location and general appearance is as described and our stay was much better than expected (the area is one of the quite busy in general). It’s cozy and have its own atmosphere which bring you to the authentic Şişli and Nisantasi :)

Проживание оставило очень приятное впечатление. Всё соответствовало описанию, квартира была чистой и уютной. Особенно понравилось гостеприимство — если что-то было нужно, хозяин реагировал сразу и с заботой. Единственное, что немного удивило — не было мыла, но это совсем не проблема, его легко было купить поблизости. В целом я чувствовала себя очень комфортно и с удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

I’m a frequent business traveler, so one of the main concern I have is the feeling of home. Not anymore after I met Ceyhun, always will be the #1 choose so I definitely recommended!
