“We had a great time at Eirini’s apartment. It’s on the edge of the city center, a very short walk to bars and food, but quiet. We were there in July, it was easy to find street parking in front of the building.”

“There was 3 of us. We stayed for 4 dayis in Despina's place. First of all Despina is an outstanding host, but not only a good host but also a nice person. So about the place: +++ location is perfect for Sitia (5 mins to bus station, quay , restaurants, cafes, and 2 supermarkets, just infront of the house is convinient minimart). We were without a car so the location was brilliant for us and the view is almost 360 degreese!!! The place itself is so cozy, beautiful and airy! Theres aircon in every room but you don't need it - just open the windows and enjoy the Creetan breeze... Kitchen was convinient to make light meals and breakfasts. Good stable wifi. - - - There's only 2 things: 1st theres no option to refill your own eco-bottle for water, tap water is not suitable to drink and you have to buy a water in plastic bottle... to be clear, I'm eco-friendly person and always trying do my best to reduce the plastic waste even if it recycable. I'm travelling more than 10 months in the year in different places, counltries and it was first time for last year I have to buy a water in plastic bottle (ususally there's an opion: filter for water in the house, or reusable 20litres gallons). That was trully sad for me. The best thing people can do with plastic - do not buy, reduse the usage of it. 2nd is more about the specific location of the place. We didn't use the aircon due to good ventilation from the windows, but the street downstairs is busy road, so there are always lot of noise in day and at night time. But there's the option to close the windows and sleep with aircon.)”
