It is an apartment overlooking the sea. The beatiful beach is located few steps of our balkony. The balcony is 10m2 with view of the sea, the beach and Mountain Olympus and a stunning sunset. The house is fully renovated and all the furnitures is new. We wait for you.
“My 14 year old daughter and I had the most wonderful week in this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable; there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa in the lounge which makes into a bed. Simple kitchen with fridge and 2 ringed hob and equipment. The view onto the crystal clear water at the bottom of the steps entices you into the sea where there are many fish to sea close in to the beach. We were here right at the end of the season so it was so quiet and some days it was only us on the beach. Then when the sun is setting, as if my magic, Mount Olympos appears as the sun sets behind it. Quite magical. Advisable to have a car so you can get to the supermarket and explore other parts. We kept returning to Afytos where there is a charming old cobbled village centre with nice shops and restaurants and a picturesque beach and little restaurant. I would love to return to Siviri, but out of the main season again.”
Greece is famous for many reasons. Amongst them, its vast golden sand beaches, its crystall waters, its beautiful sunsets and finally its myths. Our place lies ten meters away from the sea, right next to a quiet seafront, where one of the most incredible sunshines, only comparable to that of Santorine, fall behind the mountain Olympus. We have experienced some of the best moments of our lives in this house in Siviri and we will be more than delighted to share this experience with you!
“The place is very cute and you do feel like you're at home away from home. The pebble beach is just across a one lane road in front of the house. The beautiful sandy beach with a natural shade from Pine treas is 3-minute walk to the left from the house. We stayed at that little picturesque beach most of the time. It was fewer people there in comparison to the main beach in the center of Siviri. The sunsets are unbeatible in Siviri, and we watched them from the patio as well as from the beaches. Thanos and Kiki's place have beach equipment. We used two bigger lounge chairs. They worked perfectly and was very light to carry. The ourdoor shower is a nice and pleasant touch. We grocery shopped at Masoutis, and also at the mini-market in the center closer to the main beach as wel as at the tiny-market closer to the apartment. Our best meals were at Metoxi Restaurant (you'll need a car to get there).”
The house is located in the settlement of Siviri and overlooks the forest. The evening offers an ideal atmosphere for relaxing on the balcony after a long day at the beach. The beach is 400 meters where you can easily walk up there, Beach bars, restaurants and night clubs are at the same distance. 100 meters from the house there is a super market. The house is fenced with its own courtyard and is ideal for families and large groups.
“We rested for 2 weeks in the house of Elena and Dmitry with a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The hosts greeted us very hospitably. They live in the same house on the ground floor, but it didn’t bother at all, on the contrary, they tried to help us in everything, if suddenly we had any questions. The entrance to the house was separate, so we practically did not intersect with the owners. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even two cribs and a stroller, which was very pleasing!)) For our arrival, several sets of clean removable linen, towels and a welcome compliment in the form of fresh fruit and jam were prepared. The only caveat - there was only one shower room in the whole house, but this did not cause us any inconvenience. Two huge balconies, on one of which we had dinner with the whole family in the evenings. To the sea in an unhurried step for about 10-15 minutes. There is a supermarket and cafe along the way. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful place. The beach and the sea are great! Siviri is suitable for family holidays, for youth, I would advise you to choose another area.”
