Cozy 70 sqm guest accommodation in beautiful and peaceful natural surroundings, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and terrace. There is a sea view and it is 200 meters to a sandy beach and a jetty with perfect swimming opportunities, as well as a forest 600 meters from the house. One bedroom has a double bed and a small desk with a chair. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an armchair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, an armchair, and a TV. It is 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense, and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace with a view of the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the salt water under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship, with the sea and a beautiful beach 4 metres below the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace faces south, so it gets sun all day :-) It is 26 metres wide and forms the heart of our lovely cottage. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Relax in our holiday home next to the Great Belt with a fantastic beach. The home from 2021 of 75 m² can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and a luxury double-sleeping -sofa bed in the living room. The home is located in scenic and quiet surroundings with views of the sea, fields and a rich wildlife. There is everything in home appliances. There are facilities for enjoying a stay all year around - terrace, "orangery" with heater, wood stove and sauna.

Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, soon to be 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, there are nooks and crannies, maybe a little bend. It's a house to live in.
