We enjoyed our stay at the farm house very much. We had everything we needed, and the views were outstanding! And we were also able to view the Northern lights right from the porch! A real corner of heaven, very well located in proximity to lots of attractions. Thank you for being an amazing host!

The property was perfectly located in Vik, it was walking distance to restaurants/ stores (weather permitting). It was very clean, had plenty of space for my party of 6 adults. The house had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. We loved our stay!

Location is perfect with grocery and gas nearby and walkable to the black sand beach. Additionally, the unit boasts spacious living room, bedrooms and has modern kitchen and cabinets.

What a fantastic place! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family. The view was also amazing and the location was private and quiet. As the house is located away from any road, we saw the Northern Lights twice during our stay. The house is only an hour away from famous waterfalls and the diamond beach. Checking in was so easy and all instructions during our stay were very clear and easy to follow. I can't recommend this place enough, delighted that we found it and got to stay here while in Iceland.

If you are looking for peaceful surroundings with a never ending view this is it! The accommodations were comfy, clean and beautiful. I could have spent weeks! Great location to venture around the south coast. Vik is close for shopping and eating destination. The landscape and adventures are limitless.

The house was perfect! Arrived to a sparkling clean and well organised house - we felt just like home! Kitchen had everything we needed, toilet was clean and huge! Beds were comfortable and we even managed to catch the aurora right at the yard! Perfect and highly recommend!

So glad we were able to book this place when we did. Location was superb and just what we needed during our trip — right by the Víkurfjara Black Beach. The place is as it looked in the photos. As it was by the beach, we needed a broom/vaccuum to clean the floor due to the sand that got in because of our luggages. But Samuel was very responsive to our request and got that easily sorted out. Amenities provided were very mich sufficient for our stay. Thanks, Samuel, for providing us with a home during our 4 day-stay in Vík!

The place was very conveniently located for activities on the glacier that we were doing and had everything our family of 4 needed to sleep comfortably for the night. It was very easy to find. Just make sure you have everything you may need for the stay with you when you get there because it’s about a 30 minute drive in either direction for food, or in our case, beer! Great central location though for activities on the south coast.

Great spot in Vik! Thomasz was very responsive to all of our questions. The unit was clean, well stocked and organized with kitchen supplies and blanket. It would have been helpful to have had a binder with all the information about the unit (ex. Wifi, using the TV, where to put the towels) but that is such a small thing.

We definitely had the best room of the place with an extra side view to see the mountains. The balcony had stunning views overseeing the black sand beach. The entire place was clean and tidy, an easy check in & check out process. Only thing I’d hope was the check in barn offering the pastries and coffee for free. But overall it’s the best place to stay in Vik.

A great small place that worked for our group of 6 people for one night.

The perfect cabin in stunning surroundings! One of our favourite airbnbs in Iceland. Lovely views, well equipped and a good size for our family of 5. I even saw my first ever northern lights!

This was our favorite location during our 7-day trip in Iceland and we had a wonderful stay! The views from the cabin are breathtaking, the surroundings are very peaceful and secluded, and we were lucky to see the Northern Lights from the deck/living room. The host shared clear instructions to find the house and check-in, and a detailed list of amenities before our stay so we could plan accordingly. The cabin was clean, well-heated, and ideally located to explore the South of Iceland (approx. 45 min from Vik and 2h from Jökulsárlón). It wasn't an issue for us, but the cabin might feel be a bit tight for 4 adults (we were traveling with 2 children) and the bathroom access is through the bedroom. You can hear some light noise from the next door cabin. Also, the closest store is in Vik I believe, so plan to eat or get some groceries beforehand.

We loved this little cottage so much. It was a little oasis up in the mountains, away from everything, yet only 10 minutes off the main ring road. It was easy to find and had everything we needed for our three person family. We would recommend it to anyone!

Gorgeous location. Very very helpful, they even plowed some of the snow for us when we got caught in a snow storm and calmed us so much. Great assistance and quickly provided. Having an actual dryer was so great, plus lots of radiators about the house to dry also. Washer and dryer is outside (can be important during winter time). Lots of amenities in kitchen, but no dishwasher. Trash sorters not inside, may be hard to sort the compostable from not-compostable without a bag. Small inconveniences, would stay again for sure.
