Unique Villa of 320 sqm with sea view and 3.8 acres of unspoilt land in the heart of Southern Sweden, Lillesand. 10-15 minutes walk to the sea with great swimming opportunities. 1 km to salt bay, often a very warm sandy beach. 2 km to Brekkestø harbor, with grocery store, brew grill and ice cream kiosk. 7 km to Lillesand city center. Justøya has many great hiking trails starting from the house. Justøyskole is located 150 meters from the property and has an artificial grass court, basketball court ++ which can be used by anyone. 15 min with car to Dyrparken.

The Klithouse - in beautiful nature with plenty of space

The dune house is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, just 2 ½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in lovely raw nature with great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has a good view. Dogs welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. Guests will thoroughly clean upon departure. External cleaning available on request. Electricity consumption is paid separately. Heat pump in the house. See possibly my second house: Fjordhuset.

ENTRY FLOOR: Hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom UPSTAIRS: Hallway and 3 Bedrooms (one large and two smaller) OTHER: Wi-Fi, TV via Chromecast,Barbecue, some outdoor furniture, sun loungers etc.. Note: You leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, i.e. cleaned. Bedlinen and towels are brought by guest. Proximity to Fjällbacka, Tanum, Grebbestad, Bovallstrand, Hunnebo, Smögen etc.
