Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Just 10 minutes away from Skellefteå is our guest house, which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome but not cats due to allergies. The cottage has large windows facing the horizon and is furnished with what you need. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick spring mattress. From there, you also have a view of the pier from which brave guests usually take a dip. If you want a separate bedroom, ask! Most of the time, we can arrange it! It is wall to wall with a bed 160 cm wide.

The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Go to the homepage called visit skelleftea for information of things to see and do in the area. This is a great place to be all year round. Explore hikes, kayaking in the river or the sea, or other adventures as well as cultural events. We are close to the forest, the river and city center 2 km, bus stop 250m. Free parking, wifi, good bed. Separate entrance, garden, great grocery store.
