Hytten ligger på et berg bare 50 meter i fra havet med en fantastisk utsikt over Lyngenfjorden med Lyngsalpene i bakgrunn. Utsikten er unik! Hytten ble tatt i bruk i 2016 og har alle fasliteter både for korte og lengre opphold. Hytten er lun og varm, med peis i stuen, varmegulv i alle oppholdsrom og aircondition/varmepumpe. Hele fronten av hytten består av glass fra gulv til tak. Her finner du ro og velvære som gjør godt for kropp og sjel. For ekstra nytelse kan man ta seg ett bad i Jacuzzi.

Dette koselige gjestehuset er opprinnelig en gammel fjøs som er innredet. De originale gamle tømmerveggene er beholdt, noe som gir rommene sjarm og ro, og nye materialer er brukt i kombinasjon. Totalt 80 kvadrat fordelt på gang, bad, soverom, kjøkken og stue med peisovn. Huset også kalt Fjøsen på Draugnes ligger på Arnøya i Nordtroms. Øya er kjent for gode jaktmuligheter på småviltjakt og fiske i sjø. Stor bestand av ørn. 3 km til matbutikk og hurtigbåtkai. Båt fra Tromsø anløper daglig.

Northern lights and whales can be seen from the kitchen and living room in season. In summertime it is mid night sun from May to August. The house has a bathroom with sauna and double shower, and a toilet. You can drive all the way up to the house.
