A short drive away to Katherine Lake, Garden Bay Lake and Ruby Lake, as well as Pender Harbour Golf Course, and Mount Daniel - an excellent hiking spot with breathtaking views.

Extremely private, off-grid location that's boat access only (return boat ride from Egmont included!). Nestled in the lush forest, just steps from a private pebble / rocky beach, this is the most secluded spot on the property with spectacular view of Jervis Inlet. Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Walk/hike for hours, and enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and exploring the beach right from the house. Hang out on the endless decks, both up high, and down by the water until sunset. Observe wildlife: eagles, sea otters, herons and sometimes whales and dolphins!
