For dining, shopping and museums, take a trip to Palm Springs, about 20 min...or just relax by the hot tubs & pools! The min renting age is 25 yrs (a photo ID is required), a contract needs to be signed.

This tiny house is a delightfully designed 400 sq. ft. plus large deck. Light-filled and mid-century modern-appointed in a gorgeous hot springs retreat, situated near a lake and the mineral pools. There are wonderful views of the sunset over the mountains from the deck. If you are out walking in the morning you will catch the sunrise behind the lake as egrets emerge, ducks stir from sleep and the black swans settle into the day. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck before your first hot pool dip!

The Cabin at Painted Canyon Homestead This serene cabin is situated at the mouth of a canyon overlooking Morongo Valley, where the high desert meets the San Gorgonio & San Jacinto Mountains. As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, visit our four cheeky mini donkeys, & enjoy the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two w/ lots of space to explore!

This area of Desert Hot Springs also known as Sky Valley, is 13 miles to town. House sleeps 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 5 registered guests assuming one will sleep on sofa. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.
