A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Get in gear in this unique and tranquil home all the way down to the water. A simple but personal cottage overlooking the water. Sofa bed with 2 sleeping places, as well as a bed with 2 sleeping places (1.5 bed). Small kitchenette with 2 hotplates. Small refrigerator. Electric kettle, toaster, and service. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Nice terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding for DKK 100 per person.

Enjoy the beautiful view over the Great Belt while the fire crackles in the wood stove, or while you enjoy a good glass of wine in the large bright kitchen-living room. Go for walks down to the beach or in the woods, or light up the wilderness bath (NOTE: It is a wilderness bath without bubbles but with lights, lit with firewood). There are 8 real beds, plus a loft with 5 beds and an alcove. Note: Water and electricity are included.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 3,100m2 beautiful natural plot with pine trees. Here you can really enjoy the silence and the raw nature. Storebælt is right at your front door. The cottage is cosy furnished, with spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and an open kitchen-dining area. The view of the sea can be enjoyed from all the rooms.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.
