There is an outdoor shower for rinsing away the day's salt and sand. The fully fenced backyard includes a grill and space for your dog!

Beach Highway Hobby Farm

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). We are centrally located in southern Delaware with many attractions within easy driving distance: Rehoboth Beach (35 minutes) Delaware State Fairgrounds (10 minutes) Dover Downs/Firefly (30 minutes) Ocean City, MD (50 minutes) Cape May/Lewes Ferry Terminal (30 minutes) DE Turf Sports Complex (20 minutes)

Waterfront Retreat

This renovated beach front home (with an EV Charger) sits on 3/4 of an acre and is as much about the indoors as it is about the outdoors. It boasts heated marble floors, towel warmers and LED mirrors with built-in defoggers in the bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 5 distinct outdoor spaces to suit the mood or the occasion. For the water sports enthusiast, there's plenty of room to launch your kayak, a day sailer or even a catamaran.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Close to the outlets, restaurants and boardwalk...but far enough away to be peaceful as well. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
