Welkom bij Studio Knoetss. De plek waar je helemaal tot rust komt. Word wakker met het gefluit van de vogels en het geblaat van schapen in de wei. Studio Knoetss bevindt zich onder de rook van Nijmegen in het kleine dorpje Weurt, gelegen aan de dijk op steenworp afstand van de uiterwaarden en de Waal. De ideale plek om te genieten van een mooie wandeling of fietstocht. De studio is een vrijstaande woning bij ons in de tuin met airco, eigen badkamer, keuken en ruimte voor je fiets(en)/auto.

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Independent cottage in lovely garden

The B and B is in the center of Renkum. Various hiking/cycling routes, including the Green Divide, pass by this B&B. The independent space is compact, practically furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed of 160 wide. There is a small kitchenette with coffee, tea, fridge and microwave. If desired, we offer a full breakfast for 12.50 euros pp. Supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. There is a private seating area in the garden. Bicycles can be kept dry and safe. A pet in consultation.

We have tastefully and homely furnished our B&B. In good weather, the French doors offer a lovely terrace overlooking the large garden. From the entrance, you enter the kitchen. This one has all the comforts. Coffee and tea are waiting for you. The kitchen directly connects to the spacious living room with a double bed. Bicycles brought along can be placed in the back of the garden under cover. In Oosterbeek, you will find wonderful restaurants and shops that are worth visiting.

Wij houden van comfort en gunnen jou dat ook. Je hebt de volledige woning voor jezelf. Boven twee 2-pers slaapkamers. Beneden een ruime woonkeuken, een badkamer met inloopdouche en een toilet. Buiten een heerlijke lounge hoek en een picknicktafel in onze boomgaard. Pluk gerust wat fruit!

Nice cozy independent studio in Berg en Dal on the outskirts of Nijmegen and the woods (less than 500 m). The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The three hospitals of Nijmegen are 1.5 to 6.5 km from the studio.

Welcome to our cozy guest house in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. Nijmegen city center (8 km) is 15-20 minutes away. A bus stop with direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.

Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to be on the Ginkelse Heide within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and at night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, tawny owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood embankment, even weasels can be spotted!
