Epic house set in the beautiful Bulgarian mountains! We loved having the pool, sauna and hot tub, which all contributed to a really relaxing stay. The space was also perfect for our large group, particularly having the big dining area, which included an open fire/BBQ, and en suite bathrooms off all the bedrooms. Luba looked after us so well and made every effort to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Great communication too.

From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

A very welcoming woman, the grandchildren and were there and treated us to everything she did for them, it was very tasty, we also used the sauna, thanks for everything! 💕

The projector was a fantastic touch ❤️, and we loved using the barbecue in the serene surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! The KaraIvan guest house is gorgeous! We were pleasantly greeted by the hosts friend and were even happier when we got shown inside. The rooms are spacious but cosy, and they have a lot of charm. The kitchen is well stocked, with modern amenities. If you're into your games, movies, or music, there's a PS2 with games, a VHS player, and a vinyl turntable! There's a lot to see in the area and all the locals were extremely friendly - we had a game of football with some of the little legends there. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay at the house. It felt like home for the week, and I would absolutely visit again! 😁
