I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

The best room I have ever stayed in! All of the home interiors are very clean and modern. The host was very nice, and communicative although I checked in quite late! Certainly come back here! 💯💯💯

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortete schnell. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Balkon. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Highly recommend this place. Mr Thanh is definitely a superhost. He is flexible and makes my stay easier than expected. The housekeeper is really helpful and responsible. Everything here creates a perfect combination. I feel like I’m staying at home. It will be my number 1 place from now on whenever I’m in Ha Noi.

Nous avons passé un super bon moment. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Les repas proposés étaient délicieux et le service impeccable. La piscine était très agréable et nous étions au calme.

The host and housekeeper were very responsive and friendly. The Airbnb itself is spotless and spacious for a small family like us, with beautiful surroundings. As it’s in the countryside, there are a lot of bugs and mosquitoes, but the housekeeper was very nice and provided us with a net for our family. There’s no cafe or restaurant within walking distance, but you can easily rent a bike or scooter from the host to explore the area. Overall it was a nice weekend getaway. Thank you!

Für uns 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hat es sehr gut gepasst. Das große Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer (Privatsphäre) - haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Der Pool war supertoll. Es sind Getränke usw da, das war super. Auf dem Gelände sind weitere, kleinere Unterkünfte von Moon, sehr gepflegte Anlage, angenehm ruhig wenn man gerade aus Hanoi kommt. Die Küche ist outdoor. Mopedverleih hat geklappt und ist empfehlenswert, da fußläufig nicht viel los ist. Moon ist immer sofort erreichbar, gibt Tipps für die Umgebung. Verständigung mit dem Personal vor Ort via Übersetzungsapp. Unbedingt Thành Chương's Viet Palace anschauen gehen!! Danke!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

Words will fall short to describe our stay at Diep’s place. I mean, it’s just such a pretty pretty apartment, maintained so well, and the decor is so soothing. Felt right at home. From check-in to staying, it’s just felt the perfect stay to end our stay in the beautiful city of Hanoi. I’m so happy that I got lucky and I found it at last moment. Will definitely book in advance next time I come here. Most most most highly recommended 🫰🏼
