The place was great, very cosy and warm, well equipped, the host was very responsive. There is another apartment upstairs (the office) with another bed, restroom and even a little kitchen corner. The house has very thick walls, which was great because the noise from the fireworks didn’t bother us and our dogs at all (we were there for the new years). The garden is beautiful, the pool must be great during the summer. ☺️

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

Perfect stay next to Umag. The house is perfect and very well equipped. Everything you need to stay for great holidays. We were there for Istria by UTMB event and it was a perfect location for this.

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

Great host, beautiful peaceful place!

We are 8 adults and 3 kids and we all had such a great time. The house is a very nice home with a great view and Barbara and Boštjan were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers) were so comfortable at Tatijana's cabin, particularly with access to three full bedrooms and plenty of sofa space, balcony, two seating areas and a large private garden to enjoy. The spotless cabin provides a real home away from home with everything you need to cook full meals and wash your clothing. Cute well organised kitchen. Beautiful views and friendly neighbours. Only a short drive to Lake Bohinj, the cabin provided a welcome escape at the end of the day. Useful to be pre-warned about the potential of noises from a family of dormice living in the roof - we only heard them one night - but it was good to be prepared with ear plugs to hand just in case! The cabin has a very steep staircase so might be tricky with little children or guests with limited mobility, but we managed everything fine. Highly recommend! We hope to be back! the house is very quiet. At least at this time of year. We enjoyed the tranquility and location very much. The beach is super within 10 minutes walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. All around very satisfied. Thank you again.

Boris is an accommodating, friendly and unobtrusive host, communication was impeccable. He lives with his family in the back of the building complex, but you hardly notice anything. The house is magnificent and offers ample space for 2-3 parties, is superbly equipped and has a great outdoor area. The location leaves nothing to be desired. In no time at all, you can reach the sea and choose between different bays or walk along a well-developed path. The beaches are largely maintained, the sea exceptionally cool due to inflowing groundwater. From the main beach you can fish excellently and catch many different fish species with good size. The seaside snack restaurant "Me Gusta" always seems to be open and offers delicious snacks and drinks at affordable prices. Good shopping is nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

Boštjan’s home was wonderful - in a perfect location for walking to Lake Bohinj, and within driving distance of all of the other areas we wanted to visit. We communicated with Tanja who was lovely, and both Boštjan and Tanja were super flexible on timings for us which was helpful with a 6 month old! The home was everything we needed for our first family holiday, and I would definitely recommend staying.

We stayed in Urška's accommodation for a week with 12 people. She provided the entire accommodation (i.e. all four flats), although we would have had enough space in three of the flats. That was very positive because we had so much space. Urška's accommodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable! At the time of our stay it was winter and we mainly went hiking in the surrounding area and also spent a day in Ljubljana. Everything was easy to reach by car, which can be parked directly at the accommodation without any problems. There are also several places to eat close to the accommodation, which are also within walking distance. The stay was great without any restrictions!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The place is perfectly matching the description, spacious, functional and complete with everything. The pool is really beautiful and the host is always available and very very friendly.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking until the time of departure. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and activities. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They arrive specially for the farewell and give their guests gifts. We were very happy in the house and felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We booked this house because of the pool, jacuzzi and great outdoors which we loved! The interior is a bit outdatet but very clean and in good condition. Would definitely book again. Thanks for having us!

Our stay at Zlatko's house was just perfect. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. There was enough space to park one car plus three motorbikes. Zlatko was communicating with us almost daily, asking whether we needed something. He answerd and helped us with everything. We will definitely come back again next year.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location in the woods and mountains is amazing, and the jacuzzi was very nice. The host (and her family) were very friendly and helpful. The location is very remote, so be prepared for an adventurous road trip; especially if you arrive after dark.
