Furnished 110 m2 house on 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen that is open and equipped, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 bedrooms cooled by air conditioning in the hallway, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Terrace, private pool (open from June 15 to September 30), garden and enclosed parking for 2 cars. In a quiet residential area, close to all shops, a 10-minute walk from the sea. A 30-minute drive from Hammamet, Nabeul and Tunis (train 10 minutes away on foot).
