Renovated in 2026: the terrace has been partially enclosed, making it usable even in bad weather. From the partially covered terrace, you can see Csobánc, Gulács, and Tóti Hill, and the hiking trail starts almost at the door. Two levels, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, air conditioning on both levels, tranquility, and panoramic views.

There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Bordered by forests and vineyards, the area of more than 2.5 hectares, as well as the hiking trails of the area, can be enjoyed on foot and by bicycle. The west side of the air-conditioned apartment has a glass wall throughout, with a spacious, loft-like effect.

If you want a really special adventure, then you should try this completely self-contained Mini house, hidden under the trees on the shore of the small lake, equipped with all comforts. Our guest house is located in the old town of Balatonfüred, about 30 minutes' walk from Lake Balaton. The mini house is located in the guest house's garden, away from the main building. It can be reached by a small winding road through a beautiful park field.
