Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

This accommodation exudes tranquility: relax with the whole family! A large porch surrounds much of the villa, allowing you to enjoy beautiful distant sea views from the outdoor living area. The peaceful setting invites you to unwind and soak up the Menorcan sun. The garden and the entire house are equipped with amenities perfect for barbecues and relaxing afternoons. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, only one of the bedrooms is a suite.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island. The sea view, with the island of Aire and its lighthouse in front of us, and the tranquility are what most characterize this peaceful place. The large windows in every room give light to the entire house, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Casa Binimares is a beautiful house facing the sea where you can breathe peace and tranquility. It is located in the fishing village Biniancolla, in the municipality of Sant Lluis. The beautiful beach of Binibequer is a 5’ It has two double bedrooms and a study with two sofas with a private sink. The kitchen is completely equipped. The porch has a barbecue and has a table with a capacity for eight people. It has stunning views of the sea!
