I stayed because I wanted to take a day off after the 2025 Saemangeum Marathon. This place feels like staying in a clean friend's house. We are suitable for 3-4 people to stay. There are convenience stores and franchise restaurants in the apartment complex, and parking was not inconvenient.

Gyu Hyeong's place was amazing! The location was great — about a 5-10 minute walk to the streets filled with pubs and restaurants so they're within reach but the house itself was quiet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept really well! Gyu Hyeong was also really kind and let us drop off our bags outside (there's a CCTV so no worries about safety) before and after our stipulated check-in and check-out times so we could enjoy the city without having to lug our bags around. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Jeonju!

I used it with one 3-year-old child. For use with children, I thought it would be better than an accommodation like a hotel, so I was looking for it and booked it. It felt like my home. The space was spacious, and all necessary items were provided, so I used it comfortably. I was worried that there would be no parking, but it wasn't lacking at all. There was also a grocery store nearby, so I was able to buy the items I needed right away on the way in.

Clean and tidy place! I forgot to leave the charger, but it was placed in the house, so I used it well,,! I asked you to leave because I was late to check out by an hour because I participated in the marathon. Thank you for your willingness to give me permission! I want to visit again next time I visit Gunsan!

To travel here and there in Gunsan It's in a perfect location. Convenience stores and grocery stores are also close by. The bed is also very comfortable, so you can sleep well. I had a comfortable stay like my home for 3 days and 2 nights

It was the best with 3 rooms and 3 beds. The kitchen was so clean, and there was no smell of the sink or the smell of the refrigerator! The diffuser was placed all over the house, so it smelled good everywhere, so it was really nice (not a hairy scent). It covers a lot of bed, but the bed and blanket are fluffy and cozy, so I slept really well. It was a spotless accommodation!!

My parents, brother, and my family stayed for 6 people. ~ I came to the city after 20 years of living in the countryside of Gyeongsang-do, but after getting married, having a child, and living in the city for over 20 years, I came to Choncang because I wanted to share what I experienced when I was a child. ~ I took a group photo of the furry shoes prepared in my body, the prepared badminton, the pine trees in the garden, the various flowers that the owner planted in the flower bed, the planes that passed over the roof of the 100-year-old house, the stars that embroidered the night sky, the gentle puppy Shinpyeong, the cat Nori and Rock.. I think I'll remember it for a long time.♥ My child also said that this place was the best during this trip ^ ^ There are different types of soju glasses, beer glasses, and wine glasses, foam cleansing, toothpaste, toothbrushes, plenty of towels with hot water, and the room is warm, so I slept well ~ The host gladly took a group photo shoot, and the sweet potatoes he gave me saying that he was farming with lettuce in the garden was really delicious! The owner is full of affection and so kind. Always be happy ~

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I rested really well. I liked that there were two bathrooms. Everything was pleasant and nice, including the kitchen facilities and living room.

Sujung's house was absolutely beautiful. it was beyond our expectations. Very responsive and helpful in every way. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our stay, and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. You certainly will not be disappointed. It was a quick trip, but I stayed so well! First of all, the house is pretty, but it was neat and it was nice to have a jacuzzi. Our house has a puppy, so I was looking for a place that was a little spacious and had a yard, so it was better ~ It was quiet because it was a normal residential area, but that's why it was good to relax! Gaekridan-gil was a short walk away (about 5 minutes on foot). The parking lot wasn't next to the house, but it was close to the house! And I was so grateful for the cafe and restaurant information that the host sent me. In fact, I didn't expect much because I came on an unplanned trip, but thanks to the host, I was able to go to restaurants and cafes where I could bring my dog without having to find information!! If you want to bring a dog, I recommend it here ~ ~ ~

I loved the place as shown in the pictures, and I loved the decor. There were two beam projectors, so I really liked it, and there were vinyls in the dining room, so I listened to music well. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the refrigerator had to open a door, but it was a little difficult because it smelled so bad. Everything else was good.

Excellent location, in the middle of everything. The host was friendly and caring. Near by brewery was excellent spot to hang. John will set you up if you stop by.

It's a 5-minute walk from Sachang Beach, so I've been healing while looking at the blue sea. I visited with a family of 11, and the accommodation was clean and nice ~

The location was good, it was clean, and it was just like the photos ~ It was so nice to be able to cook well!

The best thing about this place is its location - well-placed for all the sites - Hanok village, cathedral, shrine etc - but despite being in a great location it is also very peaceful and we were there during a very busy and sunny weekend. We struggled a bit as a result of Airbnb's dodgy translation tool but also as Kevin gave some wrong information (for the passcode for the apartment door as well as the Wifi network - it's not the one on the profile!). Other than that Kevin always responded quickly and all in all this was a very enjoyable stay and I recommend the apartment.
