Il soggiorno a casa di Barbara è stato perfetto in tutto! Ottima posizione in pieno centro, in zona caratteristica, ma con parcheggio nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio è come da descrizione, fornito di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. La comunicazione con Barbara è stata rapida, precisa e gentile.

Très bon séjour, accueil de qualité, très bons conseils de l'hôte (notamment sur les restaurants), très disponible. Appartement de qualité, avec 2 salles de bain dont 1 baignoire (un plaisir et un gain de temps quand on est 4 !). Très propre! Bien équipé. Pas très loin de la gare Vaporetto.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

Siamo stati ospiti del sig. Attilio per un week end e siamo stati molto bene. Casa molto accogliente, spaziosa e perfettamente pulita. Biancheria del letto e asciugamani perfetti. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla ma molto ben collegata ed è stato facile spostarsi per raggiungere le vicine città di Padova e Venezia. Il signor Attilio è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, persona davvero piacevole. Tutte le informazioni che ci ha dato ci sono state molto utili. È stato molto preciso e tempestivo nelle risposte. Consiglio questo appartamento.

nuovo, carino, ben arredato, in centro storico, si arriva anche in auto ma conviene parcheggiare al parcheggio unione a 5-600 mt a piedi, costo 8 euro/die

Appartamento vicino al mare e a diversi negozi. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto. L'unico svantaggio è il fatto di essere a piano terra con finestre sulle strade. La notte è comunque silenzioso. Non abbiamo incontrato personalmente la proprietaria ma è stata molto disponibile tramite e mail e sms.

Posizione magica, comoda al porticciolo se si arriva in barca, ma anche alla fermata del pulman. Tranquilla e anche servita dello stretto necessario. Casa bellissima, pulita e comodamente vivibile per 4 persone. Elisabetta gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Grazie

This is the second time I have stayed at Stefania’s place and it was just as great the second time as the first. We absolutely love the location. Just slightly out of the tourist-crush but an easy 10 min walk to Rialto or 15 to St Marks. Great local restaurants nearby and it’s super convenient to both the train station or Murano/Burano from the Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stop a 7 min walk away. Also close to the alilaguna stop for the airport (it drops off a bit north of the vaporettos) or easy to have water taxis pick you up just outside the elevator entrance as long as the water isn’t too high. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well but you need to leave the bedroom doors open for the air flow from the hallway. It’s great to have the 1 ½ bath and the kitchen is well equipped. Having options for 2 twins in one bedroom and a queen in the other was great for the 3 of us traveling together. Thanks so much, Stefania!

Sympathische, kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss einer schönen, älteren Villa. Hübsch eingerichtet und ideal für uns zwei. Ein bisschen fußkalt war der Boden (Mitte Oktober), aber es gab eine Heizung. Die Küche ist gleichzeitig gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Nur 5 Minuten zum Vaporetto. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Andrea wies uns bestens ein und gab uns einen super Restaurant-Tipp: La Cucina Bistrot. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war vorbildlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful house in a great location. An oasis with calm and sense of space away from the intensity of Venice. The house is in a residential part of Lido, 3 min bike ride or 12 min walk from the heart of Lido or the ferry to Venise. It is well appointed with newly renovated bathrooms. Simonetta has been welcoming, very responsive and a great source for local restaurants, water taxi, etc… her passion for this area shows. We spent 2 weeks and had a great time, balancing activities in Venice, bike rides along the beach in Lido and chill down time at the house.

Oh dear, home for just about two days and already home-sick to get back to Gianna's lovely place. Everything here is perfect, as ever. Gianna's wonderful and friendly and ever so helpful personality. the bed that one could sleep on for a thousand years, the beautiful white curtains, the blackbird who was not quite sure if he wanted to be friends or not, curious, singing, and then flying away. the kitchen where i could conjure up my cooking. and yés it is so close to the beach, but also just around the corner from gran vialle santa maria elisabetha were i would get my (green)groceries and my morning coffee. and then also explore lido. it is such a wonderful island. this time, even though it is close to the vaporetto, i decided once again to just stay at lido and Gianna's wonderful place. thank you for everything, dear Gianna and hope to see you soon again!

Everything was fine. A nice, little, romantic apartment in the city center, very close to everything. The space was a bit tight for four adults, but it was not a problem. We stayed in a very well-equipped, clean apartment in the busy square of Sottomarina. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the vibrant Italian city life. Elisa is a very kind host, helped us find a parking spot, and immediately took action if there was any issue. The neighbors were also very nice!"

Un très bel appartement dans un quartier agréable au calme pas très loin du centre historique de Venise. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'appartamento di Luisa. E' nuovissimo, confortevole, molto quieto all'interno, dotato di parcheggio, lavatrice, ecc. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e speriamo di tornare ancora in futuro. Grazie per averci ospitati!

Persone gentilissime e disponibili. L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e dista esattamente 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare. La casa si vede che è tenuta bene e appena ristrutturata, ci sono confort come lavastoviglie e microonde che durante una vacanza con bimbi ti danno una grossa mano. Pulita e luminosa e all'esterno un lungo balcone dove potrete fare i vostri riposini. Ringrazio ancora il Sig. Romano e le sue gentilissime sorelle. Spero di tornarci nuovamente Alessio

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Barnaba. Check-in hat sehr gut und unkompliziert funktioniert und bei der Ankunft hatte es die wichtigsten Dinge in der Wohnung, wie Kaffee, Wasser, Snacks sowie Salz, Öl und Essig, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Barnaba und Francesca haben immer und rasch geantwortet und uns auch Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und viel Regen, aber wir haben unsere Ferien Dank der schönen Wohnung trotzdem sehr genossen. Wir durften sogar noch eine Stunde später aus-checken, was wir mit drei Kindern sehr zu schätzen wussten. Herzlichen Dank Barnaba und Francesca für die schönen Tage!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is located very close to the vaporetti boats to Venice and not far from two great beaches. Both the vaporetti and the beaches are within walking distance. If you plan to reach the Lido by car with a ferry, there is also free street parking within walking distance, and paid parking on the street was is inexpensive. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The washing machine is useful. We were there during very hot days but the apartment never got too hot at night, the AC worked well but frankly you could even survive without AC. It’s a great spot for Lido. Excellent restaurants all around, including the one right in front of the building!
