Sofia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt mit kleinen Extras, wie z.B. Frühstücksgebäck oder einer (verpackten) Zahnbürste im Bad oder eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Bei Hitze gab es einen Fächer und Regenwetter konnten wir Schirme leihen - das sind die kleinen Dinge, die einem das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueille. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et très disponibles. Ils ont anticipé les questions ou problèmes que nous aurions pu rencontrer tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description. Il est placé à l’extérieur de Venise tout en étant à proximité. L’endroit est calme est très bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, accoglienti e ben riscaldati. La posizione è comoda sia per le spiagge che per il centro di Chioggia. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e le scale di accesso sono "impegnative" se si ha un grosso bagaglio. Le biciclette fornite permettono di spostarsi con facilità. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcune aree di parcheggio a pagamento, 5-8-12 € al giorno in bassa stagione. Le istruzioni fornite permettono di trovare l'appartamento con facilità.

Pontosan azt kapod, ami a leírásokban szerepelt. Maria Rosa előre megkérdezte minden igényünket és be is tartotta. A kulcsot azonnal megtaláltuk, könnyű volt bejutni. Tiszta, kényelmes, családoknak és baráti társaságnak is alkalmas apartman. Kettő gyönyörű fürdőszoba és toalett. Nagy hálószobák, jól működő klima minden helységben, gyors internet, smart TV. A konyha jól felszerelt, mosógép, mosogatógép, microhullámú sütő grillfunkcióval, hatalmas hűtőszekrény, nagy fagyasztóval. Gáztűzhely, villanysütő légkeveréssel, páraelszívóval. A saját otthonodnak megfelelő kényelem. Minden nyílászárón külső redőny. 2 erkély. Parkolni ingyenesen tudsz közel az utcán. A legközelebbi tengerpart az 5 csillagos Excelsior Hotelhez tartozik és fizetős. Ha csak egy szál törölközővel mész egyet úszni, akkor nem küldenek el. Az ingyenes partszakaszok 10-15 perc sétára vannak. A waporettóhoz helyi busszal tudsz menni és a szállás elől indul a busz. Visszatérünk pár év múlva! Köszönjük Mary Rosa Guest Hosue!

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Sie liegt zwischen den typisch engen Gassen, ist jedoch einfach zu finden. Die Strandpromenade ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alessandra war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar. Antworten kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Very welcoming staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, clean room and bathroom. Very quick access to the beach and Lido city center.

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Dass es eine Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage gibt, macht den Aufenthalt noch besser. Absolut familienfreundlich , da der sehr gepflegte Pool und das Meer fußläufig erreichbar sind. Am Meer gibt es eine Bar, in der man für einen guten Preis von Kaffee bis Eis bis Nudelgericht alles bekommt. Ach hier sind die Sanitäranlagen sehr gepflegt. Man kann sich aussuchen ob man eine Liege mietet oder sich am öffentlichen Strand niederlässt. Das Meer ist super für kleine Kinder, da es sehr lange flach ist. Wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, braucht man ein bisschen Geduld, die Anbindung nach Chioggia/Venedig besteht, es dauert nur ein bisschen bis man ankommt. Falls man mal Pause braucht von der Sonne: Die Bar neben der Bushaltestelle Isola Verde hat einen Kicker. Da gab es das ein oder andere Match mit einem einheimischen Barbesucher. Auch die Kommunikation mit Leila und Hassoni war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub!

L'appartamento non era quello della foto, ci hanno spostato in un appartamento con 2 camere da letto anziché una quindi soluzione migliorativa. L'appartamento era molto carino ed abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno.

Ho potuto riposare, e in un minuto si e' in spiaggia. Accettano il cane, cosa molto importante. Il giovedì mattina si puo' visitare il mercato di Chioggia a neanche una decina di km.

Insgesamt sehr nette Apartments, toll für die Hunden. Sehr tierfreundliches Hotel.

Come si può ridurre una esperienza così particolare con soli mille caratteri? Vorrei dire tante cose. Desidero qualunque futuro ospite sappia che Simonetta è una donna straordinaria. In pochi minuti di accoglienza siamo entrati in sintonia; ci siamo confidati e la sua storia mi ha profondamente commosso. Ho deciso pertanto di onorare la fragilità. Di premiare la dolcezza. Il cuore di questa donna che fa ogni cosa possibile per accontentare i suoi ospiti. Simonetta mi ha fatto trovare pronti i letti, ha curato con cura la disposizione delle lenzuola e delle trapunte. Mi ha persino acceso una luce Led per la notte, tanto cara al marito, che ora non c’è più. Per tutte queste ragioni mi trovo in estrema difficoltà nel giudicare un punto essenziale, che purtroppo per me è sacro. L’igiene del bagno. Sono sicuro le sia sfuggito e non sia stato voluto. Per tutelare al massimo Simonetta non entrerò nei dettagli. La premio con cinque stelle nonostante tutto. In futuro quel bagno splenderà,vero?

Notre séjour s'est merveilleusement bien passé chez Franca qui est une hôtesse formidable . À l'écoute et réactive . le logement est très agréable et le coin est joli .( Bémol pour la dame du dessus un peu bruyante le matin ) . Venise est facilement accessible en prenant un bus puis un vaporetto . un très bon rapport qualité prix ,pour une escapade dépaysante . Merci

Der beste Platz für schöne Tage in Venedig!!! Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf die Lagune und Venedig, den man haben kann. Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel freiem Stauplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Parkplatz vor der Türe frei verfügbar. Einmal um's Eck eine Bar mit cornetti, ein Feinkostgeschäft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein Gemüsehändler. Wir sind mit dem Rad ca. 5 min zur Vaporetto-Station gefahren. War ideal. Wir haben das Quartier schon so vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

prachtig appartement op een prima locatie. dichtbij het strand en supermarkten op loopafstand. appartement was ruim opgezet en zag er uit zoals op de foto's. balkon was ruim en had fijne de gehele dag zon. aantal basisdingen ontbraken (waterkoker, afwasmiddel), maar dat was het enige waar wij tegenaan liepen.

If you are flying to or our of Marco Polo Airport this is the most convenient location and easiest to navigate : 1. “People mover “ will take you straight to /from,the boat docking area - takes 15 to 20 minutes but you don’t ever exit the airport 2. Boat ride takes about 80-90 minutes ( boat makes several stops) to Arsenale station and you don’t need to go up and down the bridges at all nor to carry your luggage long way . Iness’ place is easy to find and it is only 5-10 minutes wall from /to the boat docking area. Boats run every 25- 30 minutes. 3. The same boat line services the other areas of Venice as well - however the way to / from your place to the boat may be more complicated depending on the location of your apartment

Diese Unterkunft hat uns vollkommen begeistert, viel Platz für die ganze Familie, wunderschöne absolut ruhige Gegend , der kilometerlange öffentliche Sandstrand auf der einen Seite die vaporetto Anlegestelle nach Venedig,Murano, Burano usw. auf der anderen Seite sind in nicht mal zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden, besonders conad lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen (Marco Polo) in unserem Fall ist einfach man kann direkt am Flughafen eine mehrtageskarte für das vaporetto inklusive Busfahrt zum Flughafen kaufen!

l’un merveilleux séjour cadeau pour mes parents et ma fille. corrado est un hôte excellent très réactif et à l’écoute très réactif. le logement parfait endroit calme et paisible et très facile d’accès . arrêt bateau bus juste à côté très pratique. ma famille c’est régalée!! je recommande fortement !!

nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné chez Carla et Danièle. .Le quartier est magnifique, île du Lido proche de tout : Venise centre en 15/ 20 mn, plage et commerces à proximité, bus très pratiques pour aller tout autour et vélos mis a disposition, le calme pour changer un peu des moments de foule dans certains quartiers de Venise, la gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes pour nous renseigner, et belle surprise en arrivant dans cette confortable maison ou nous disposons d'un appartement en étage avec vue sur la lagune : une corbeille de fruits sur la table et une bouteille de Prose co au frais! nous garderons un super souvenir...

Geirgio is a true gentleman, a lovely person always there to help and so charming. T accommodation was perfect. The garden beautiful with fruit trees and flowers.I love Malamocco, you have 5he Lagoon on one side and the Adreatic sea on the other. It's a friendly village with three restraunts, a café a pizza shop and grocery shop two boutique hotels and a chuch. The bus service is exellent and cheap, buses every 10 mins €1. 50. At Elizabeta catch the Vaporetto to St karria Venice 10 mins, not Aliluguna, as it goes every where and takes an hour to Venice. I loved my home from home, and will come to stay at Georgios again and again.
